Customer Success & Operations Specialist

As we continue our growth, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to learn the ropes

of sales within the fashion and sports industry.

Tasks:

? Working in CRM system - adding orders, generating shipping labels

? Warehouse operations (receiving goods, monitoring inventory write-offs)

? Customer service

? Cold and warm outreach by email, Instagram

? Working with the existing customer base

? Build long-lasting relationships with our wide range of clients from across the

globe

? Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our

product development

? Proactively improve processes for you and your team.

Requirements:

? Fluent English, any other language would be an advantage (Russian,

French, Italian)

? Very good general computer skills

? Proficient with Office / Google tools

? Experience working in any CRM or ERP system (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Odoo,

Shopify backend, etc.)

? Analytical mindset (Enjoys working with numbers and tables)

? You love a good challenge, you are competitive and are motivated by high

targets and generating revenue.

? You love closing a deal

? You find pride and joy in your work and like making your customers happy

? You are self-confident, self-determined, and extremely proactive

? You are a great listener and have great communication skills

? You enjoy working in a team

? You love fashion

? Midi-job, 15 hours per week

? 910 EUR monthly remuneration + bonuses for closed sales leads
