Performance objectives

As Customer Success Manager at Luminovo, your responsibility is to be a strategic partner to our customers, enable them to create measurable impact with our platform, and facilitate their growth through expansion & upsell.

Success

: Proactively manage my customer portfolio to ensure an amazing customer experience and prevent churn.

Onboarding

: Facilitating a seamless onboarding experience by conducting interactive user trainings or workshops.

Insights

: Collect and share data to build a deep understanding of users' needs and pain points.

Product

: Find new opportunities for our product team to create the greatest possible added value for our customers.

Growth

: Initiate and drive the expansion of customer contracts. Involve your colleagues from the sales team for the negotiation process, if necessary.

Expertise

: Deepening your knowledge of our product, the electronic industry, and customer success best practices.

Embrace AI

: Stay curious and leverage modern tools and new technologies to enhance your productivity, our internal practices, and overall efficiency. We are a supply chain platform deeply rooted in AI, and as Luminerds, we practice what we preach to the electronics industry!

Disclaimer: While existing industry knowledge can be a major advantage for this role, what counts is whether you're a fast learner, motivated to dive deep into complex software, and excited about electronics!

Markus, our Team Lead Customer Success, who also manages his own customer portfolio Sebastian, one of our founders, who leads the Revenue department Max, who is leads our Revenue Operations team and is in charge of our CRM (Hubspot), supporting you with dashboards, sequences, forecasts, and more Mark, our Head of Marketing, to align on positioning/messaging and drive strategic growth initiatives Our Sales and Product Team to fully understand our product roadmap, potential constraints, and share product-related customer feedback

Work setup & travel

You can join our team remotely (+/- 2hrs CET) or in our Munich headquarters (full home-office flexibility). We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, which means you'll be traveling occasionally. Travel expenses will of course be covered by us.

Language requirements

You'll mainly work with German-speaking and English-speaking customers from various territories. Being fluent in German and English is therefore a must for this role. Any other language is of course a big plus.

Luminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it's an OEM designing electronic components, an EMS assembling them, or PCB suppliers manufacturing the printed circuit board – our platform helps them to control and optimize their complete electronics supply chain.

Compensation


================


We want to offer compensation that aligns with industry standards. To maintain a transparent and fair approach to compensation, the salary ranges for all positions are determined based on market benchmarks and a comprehensive leveling framework.


For this role, German salary ranges from

€66,200

to

€99,000 OTE

+

virtual stock options

, depending on the leveling we’ll establish with you throughout the hiring process. This range might differ in other countries within our +/- 2h CET remote work area.
