As a Customer Success Intern your day-to-day tasks will involve managing leads listings, use tools like Hubspot. reaching out to potential fashion brand clients, pitching our AI Clothing Generator, demonstrating our product's features and benefits, negotiating & closing deals. This is a hybrid role with the primary location in Berlin, Germany, but with the flexibility to work remotely for parts of the week.

Key Responsibilities




Your daily tasks as sales intern for yoona.ai:

Lead Generation:

+ Research potential clients in the fashion industry.
+ Use online platforms, industry directories, and social media to identify leads.
+ Compile a list of prospective clients and organize them in a lead management system.
Sales Calls and Presentations:

+ Assist in making sales calls to potential clients to introduce Yoona.ai's services.
+ Prepare presentation materials for sales pitches.
+ Accompany sales representatives on client meetings and presentations to observe and learn.
Data Entry and Management:

+ Update and maintain lead listings in tools like HubSpot or CRM software.
+ Ensure all client interactions and relevant information are accurately recorded.
+ Assist in organizing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Market Research:

+ Conduct research on the fashion industry and market trends.
+ Provide insights on potential areas of growth or new market segments.
+ Assist in analyzing competitor strategies and offerings.
Support in Proposal Preparation:

+ Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals for potential clients.
+ Assist in customizing proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Administrative Tasks:

+ Assist in scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
+ Handle email correspondence with clients and prospects.
+ Help in organizing sales-related documentation and files.
Collaborative Projects:

+ Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
+ Work on cross-departmental projects as needed, collaborating with marketing or product development teams.
Continuous Learning and Development:

+ Take part in sales training sessions or workshops.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
+ Seek feedback from sales mentors or supervisors to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively pitch and present product features and benefits Knowledge or interest in the fashion industry Proven sales experience and track record Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets Self-motivated and driven to achieve success Ability to work independently and remotely Fluency in English and German plus native in one of them Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
