What you’ll be doing:

Supporting customers via phone and email Helping customers navigate everything from investments and savings to account services Making sure customers get the most out of Nordnet’s tools and features Sharing customer feedback internally to improve our products and services Working proactively to inspire and educate around saving and investing Contributing to a culture of constant improvement and high energy Acting as the customer champion internally, influencing product, marketing, and operations

You’ll be one of our first team members serving our German customers. You’ll play a crucial role in building a best-in-class customer experience, from the very beginning.


To succeed in this role, you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You take pride in delivering excellent service, and you believe that great customer experiences come from a mix of empathy, energy and expertise.

We believe you’ll thrive if you:

Have a strong drive and a genuine interest in service and finance Are fluent in German Communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and speech Take initiative and ownership to solve customer issues Enjoy working with KPIs and continuous improvement Have previous experience in customer service (ideally within finance, banking or fintech) Hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field
