Position Summary

Verwaltung der täglichen Kundendienstaktivitäten, einschließlich der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen

und deren Nachbereitung. Fest zugeordnetes Verkaufsgebiet (Deutschland).

Die Stelle ist zunächst 2 Jahre befristet zu besetzen.

Principal Responsibilities

Erstellen und Ablegen von Kundenkorrespondenz / Kundenaufträgen (Bestellungen) Verfassen von standardisierten Dokumenten Durchführung der Auftragsabwicklung in Deutschland speziell für Rezeptbestellungen (Patienten) Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsanlage, Lieferungen, Rechnungskorrekturen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Management, Außendienst (Business Unit unabhängig) Telefonische Kundenbetreuung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen Durchführen von telefonischen Verkaufsaktivitäten Durchführen und Nachfassen von Musterbestellungen Aufnahme von kaufmännischen Reklamationen / Verbesserungen Erfassen / Weiterleiten eingehender Produktreklamationen Bearbeitung von Retouren und Versandnachweisen

Education / Experience Requirements

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service MPG-Schulung (MPDG §83)

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Windows Office / SAP) Akquisitionsstärke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (schriftlich und mündlich) Zielorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Zielorientiert für die Ziele des Kunden
