Processing of inquiries and incoming orders
Carrying out price checks and price determinations
Assisting in the preparation of the forecast
Provide telephone and written support for existing and new customers
Prepare quotations, calculations, and order confirmations
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and production teams
Support sales projects and marketing campaigns
Handle complaints and customer inquiries
Generate statistics and reports for sales management
High School Diploma or equivalent – minimum requirement.
Vocational or Commercial Training – e.g., business administration, office management, or industrial clerk.
Bachelor’s Degree (optional but beneficial) – fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics can provide an advantage.
Continuous Learning – sales training, CRM software courses, negotiation workshops, and product-specific certifications
