Tasks

You are the main contact for our internal customer in corporate functions such as Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and Travel & Fleet Management, you will be available to our internal customers You support in defining architecture, technical requirements, and specifications You define the scope of services, align scheduling, and budget for requirements You are responsible for creating and designing solution concepts in coordination with business departments and enterprise IT architecture You independently manage IT initiatives and projects, including planning, execution, acceptance, documentation, and handover You manage Corporate Function-specific application portfolio

Qualifications

A degree in IT, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field Several years of professional experience in an international environment Strong project management skills with proven experience, ideally in waterfall and agile projects Experience in requirements management and knowledge of tools and methods for mapping technical processes Knowledge of IT architecture, the software development process, and experience in change management processes and projects Good presentation and facilitation skills and high level of commitment and a convincing and professional demeanor Strong decision-making and implementation skills, as well as teamwork and good communication skills Very good German and English skills
