Operating internationally, they have ambitious plans and need a CTO with software industry and AI experience to lead their engineering teams. With incredibly impressive backing (especially for a young company) you have the opportunity to join them early in their journey, and the ability to truly make big changes!

Responsibilities:

You will strategically design and execute short and long-term technology plans You will develop the engineering team, improving efficiency You will design and improve a scalable service-oriented architecture You will build data products and guide data teams You will improve existing and implement new engineering practices You will work with various senior stakeholders, partners and investors

Required Skills:

You speak fluent German or English You have many years of proven leadership experience You have designed, implemented and driven technology plans forward on a large scale You have a deep grasp of software engineering processes and have guided engineering teams in the past You have used AI to enable teams to be more productive and improve company efficiency

Desired Skills:

You speak both German and English fluently You have held a similar previous position (CISO, CTO, Head of IT, etc.) You have experience working in the same industry
