Processing of inquiries, complaints, rush orders from customers from the core business within AMO & AMC in Adhesive Technologies
Coordination and sustainable implementation of customer inquiries, product consulting and close cooperation with sales in the use of the Service Cloud to resolve customer inquiries and create a positive customer experience
Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, needs and expectations by providing feedback on customer interactions
Contact person for other internal departments (Center of Excellence, GBS+, Sales, Logistic etc.) for further resolution of customer enquiries
Proactive communication and coordination in the event of delivery delays, returns and rush orders
Support and participation in projects & process optimization in customer service such as evaluation of “Voice of Customer”, further customer inquiries or surveys

What makes you a good fit
Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor in e.g. International Business
Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Customer Service/ Supply Chain / Sales or a comparable customer-oriented function with a “customer first” mentality desirable
Order to cash process knowledge, Cloud based solutions (i.e. Service Cloud) / ERP systems (i.e. SAP) / IT applications, digital tools like MS Office and databases in day-to-day business
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills, both written and spoken, especially customer-oriented behavior on the phone
Enjoy handling order-related customer inquiries, also in cooperation with internal colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Fluent language skills in German and English, both written & spoken
