We are currently looking for a CRM Manager – Customer Insights & Segmentation Enablement who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior CRM Manager, your focus will be on developing and executing a data-driven segmentation strategy that enables personalised, impactful CRM experiences at scale. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for data, experimentation, and customer insight with your capacity for collaboration and strategic execution. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do



Define and evolve a global segmentation roadmap to deliver targeted, high-performing CRM campaigns. Collaborate with AI experts to improve efficiency in segmentation, testing, and recurring tasks through automation. Build and execute structured A/B tests to drive customer engagement and optimise conversion rates. Analyse customer data and behavioural patterns to identify opportunities, derive insights, and shape CRM strategies. Align with Regional Marketing Leads to localise global goals and communicate progress and insights to Marketing and Commercial leadership.

What you should bring



3–5 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital or eCommerce environment. Passion for personalisation, experimentation, and translating customer behaviour into meaningful segmentation strategies. High analytical acumen with strong data storytelling and visualisation skills for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet analysis and familiarity with BI tools to support self-serve dashboards and KPI monitoring. Understanding of predictive modelling (e.g., churn, LTV, uplift), data governance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), and consent management. Curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools and scalable segmentation frameworks to improve CRM performance. Bonus: Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and applied statistical testing methods (A/B, multivariate, confidence intervals).
