Your mission

We're seeking an exceptional visual storyteller to execute our creative vision across. As Creative Director (Visual Media), you will own and elevate STARK’s visual outputs across photography and videography.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive visual strategy aligned with STARK’s brand positioning and business objectives Create visually compelling content that communicates complex defence technology, and be ready to shoot content when required Produce and direct high-impact photo and video content for product launches, campaigns and corporate communications from concept through to delivery Edit exiting content into new videos to be used in LinkedIn and company presentations Build one coherent library of photos and videos Support events across Europe with photography, to provide STARK and executives with strong volume of content Adjust visual content for different formats, work closely with C-Level and STARK Reps on preferred visual formats, videos etc. Work closely with the Design Director to implement a distinctive visual identity, and set guidelines and best practices across all photography and videography output Assemble and manage teams of freelance content creators and production specialists whilst managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery

Qualifications

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and practical execution. You’ll be equally comfortable directing a shoot, building freelance teams, and presenting visual strategies to senior leadership Strong experience in videography and multimedia content creation Deep skills in video editing and technical knowledge of professional camera systems, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and meeting deadlines High level of initiative and organisational ability in assembling teams
