Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) is seeking a Creative Account Manager to strengthen our creative offering by managing strategic brand partnerships with Europe’s leading fashion and lifestyle brands. This role is key in delivering impactful creative campaigns that truly connect with the Zalando audience and support long-term commercial success for our partners.
As a Creative Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of brand accounts, acting as their strategic creative advisor. You will guide partners through the creative journey and be accountable for delivering creative campaigns that are not only visually compelling, but also commercially driven and strategically sound. Working closely with our in-house stakeholders including zStudios, ZMS Partner Consultants and more, you will ensure the highest quality creative output and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Client Partnership & Strategic Consulting
: Act as the lead creative contact for your brand partners, you’ll identify growth opportunities by deeply understanding partner needs and business objectives, proactively advising creative approaches that lead to the most optimal commercial outcome.
Creative Stewardship
: Ensure that all concepts reflect a deep understanding of brand identity, campaign goals, and market trends. You will act as the brand’s internal ambassador, ensuring that every creative decision supports both the strategic intent and the business objectives of the campaign.
Quality Assurance
: Champion excellence in campaign output, maintaining consistent high quality across all touchpoints. Ensure timelines, budgets, and output are aligned with both brand expectations and Zalando standards.
Campaign Effectiveness & Optimization
: Understand campaign performance, gather key insights to inform future creative approaches and ensure ongoing alignment with brand objectives, audience relevance, and commercial outcomes. Use these insights to continuously elevate the strategic and creative quality on behalf of your brand partners.

Experience
: 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or creative project management within a digital marketing, agency, or media environment. Proven track record in overseeing integrated, cross-channel campaigns and delivering creative impact for high-profile clients.
Strategic Thinking
: You’re commercially minded and understand how creativity drives brand building and business outcomes. You know how to shape big ideas while ensuring they remain strategically grounded and executable.You're adept at identifying 360° campaign opportunities and pitching integrated solutions that drive commercial impact.
Creative Acumen
: Strong appreciation for creative quality and brand storytelling. You know how to assess concepts against strategic goals, give constructive feedback, and push for solutions that resonate with audiences and meet commercial needs.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations, align stakeholders, and build trust-based relationships. You are a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You're comfortable navigating complex discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and advocating for both brand and business needs.
Organizational Excellence
: Highly organized with a hands-on mentality. You can prioritize effectively, juggle multiple projects at once, and stay calm under pressure. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every project.
