We are looking for a full-time, permanent

Manager IT Infrastructure Deployment (all genders)

to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

As our

Manager IT Infrastructure Deployment

, you take ownership of all hardware provisioning activities within our distributed data centers. Your team ensures that servers and hardware components are correctly racked, stacked, configured, and ready for operation—whether it's new installations, replacements, or capacity expansions.

Your core responsibilities include coordinating roll-outs, maintaining consistent processes for racking & stacking, and managing hardware deployment from physical setup to comprehensive documentation.


You will work closely with internal technical teams, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, transparently tracked, and executed efficiently. A key part of the role is driving

automation and standardization

, identifying manual inefficiencies, and implementing pragmatic process enhancements to make hardware provisioning faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.


While you won’t be hands-on with every hardware component daily, you have the technical insight to evaluate hardware, set priorities, and support your team effectively. You

report directly to the Director Data Center Operations

, who oversees global infrastructure. Your role is firmly on

operational delivery

, execution of provisioning workflows, and continuous improvement—without global strategic oversight.

Some leadership experience in a technical or operational context (e.g., team coordination, project lead, shift supervisor) Practical experience in hardware provisioning—racks, servers, network devices Ability to assess hardware components and make procurement recommendations Strong organizational and coordination skills—managing parallel rollout projects with ease Proven ability to execute and refine operational processes Systematic mindset with a knack for documentation Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written), as our teams communicate internationally

Nice to have:

Experience in a data center or IT infrastructure environment Familiarity with process automation in provisioning workflows Experience with project management or ERP systems Understanding of cabling, rack design, and hardware testing
