What we do

You’ll be part of our growing solutions & product team and play a key role in developing and scaling our learning academy. You’ll take ownership of creating new, engaging content, mainly focused on cybersecurity and AI, that empowers learners to build real-world resilience. From creating engaging course materials to experimenting with fresh formats, your work will directly impact how thousands of users learn and grow with us.

Your role

Take full ownership of the

academy’s learning content strategy

and execution.

Research

and explore relevant topics with a focus on

Information S

ecurity, Artificial Intelligence

, and domains.

Create and design

engaging course materials, from initial concepts to ready-to-launch learning experiences.

Design and structure the overall learning journey of the academy,

including role-based learning paths, progression logic, and personalized learning experiences that guide different user groups through their development.

Leverage AI tools

and the built-in AI capabilities of our academy to accelerate content creation and ensure scalability. Continuously

experiment with new formats,

from interactive challenges to multimedia content. Measure impact and continuously

optimize learning outcomes

based on learner data and feedback.

Collaborate directly with customers

to co-create and tailor personalized learning content that aligns with their specific needs, roles, and organizational context.

Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends

and integrate real-world insights into our learning experiences.

Your profile

You have

experience

in e-learning, content creation, instructional design, or related areas, ideally in cybersecurity or AI. You are passionate about

turning complex topics into engaging learning experiences

. A background in

didactically and psychologically optimized learning

is a strong plus. You are

tech-savvy

and excited about using

AI tools

to scale your impact. You have

strong ownership

and drive projects independently from idea to delivery. You have

excellent writing and communication skills

in both

German and English

. You thrive in a

fast-moving startup environment

where innovation, learning, and impact come first.
