support the entire People and Culture team with empathy and a strong sense of ownership, focusing on our teams in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands: From onboarding and offboarding to contract creation and preparatory payroll tasks, you keep everything running smoothly make sure our team members feel welcome and well-equipped from day one: You create a seamless and positive employee experience, taking care of employment contracts and system access maintain a clear overview of our HR systems such as Personio, Gastromatic & Co, while ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date take care of contract changes, references, certificates, birthdays, anniversaries, and all the details that show genuine appreciation for our people bring your organizational skills to onboarding sessions, presentations, and reporting, both digital or on site act as a trusted, authentic point of contact for team members in your area of responsibility, always with an open ear and a hands-on mindset. support creative projects and hotel openings and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and workflows. step in for your team when needed and show true all-rounder qualities when it matters.

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

first experience from a comparable role in generalist HR-role within the hospitality industry and are ready to take the next step highly organized and take a proactive, empathetic approach to supporting the team members you're responsible for a warm and approachable personality and communicate clearly and confidently in every interaction are enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to take ownership, standing out with a high level of initiative excited about challenging the status quo, exploring new ways of working, and acting in a solution oriented and reliable manner perceived as a trustworthy and valued partner and care deeply about people Speak fluent English and have a good command of German - additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus
