hands-on Senior Content & SEO Manager
to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis.
Role Overview
This is a
hands-on position
where you will be directly responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing content across our website and LinkedIn, while ensuring strong SEO foundations and continuous performance improvements.
You’ll work 15–20 hours per week, with the flexibility of remote and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
back-end and front-end SEO
to optimize web performance
Conduct
SEO audits
and recommend improvements while also helping in the implementation
Plan, write, and optimize
blog posts
with SEO in mind
Develop
content for LinkedIn
to boost brand awareness
Track and analyze site and content performance via
Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Looker Studio & LinkedIn Analytics
Conduct
keyword research & competitor analysis
Support
content ideation & planning
with the marketing manager
Ensure website optimization on
Webflow
Stay updated with
industry trends, Google updates, and best practices
Tools
Webflow
(CMS & SEO setup)
Canva
(for visuals)
Google Workspace
GA4 & Search Console
LinkedIn
(content distribution & analytics)
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience
in SEO and content management
Background in the
mobile ad tech industry
Strong hands-on SEO knowledge (technical + content)
Excellent
English writing skills
(proficiency required)
Ability to work
autonomously and independently
Ability to
leverage AI tools
(for content creation, SEO optimization, or analytics) to boost productivity
Nice-to-Have
Video production skills for web & mobile
Experience managing additional content/marketing channels
Expertise in
international SEO
