To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Compliance team as

Germany Compliance Specialist (m/w/d).



Your tasks







Assist in

raising awareness of Compliance risks

and how German laws and regulations affect our stores and headquarters. Support efforts to

foster a culture of responsibility in risk prevention

by helping adapt internal business processes and monitoring the implementation of plans also through the support of specific KRIs and the execution of data analysis. Contribute to the development and

review of the Compliance program

, ensuring messages are simplified for better understanding and application of the rules. Act as a point of contact for

external audits and

assist in follow-up actions when necessary. Support in organizing

training and education initiatives

on topics such as quality, security, and reliability. Support the application of

relevant controls

to ensure compliance with German laws and regulations. The role requires approximately 30% travel within Germany annually.


Your profile:




You have a

degree

in

Economics

or

Political Science;

You bring

2 years

of experience in a

big-four consulting company

or in a

structured multinational department

with focus on Compliance/Audit responsibilities; You have

strong communication skills

, enabling you to collaborate with teams and align with all levels of management; You bring a

positive and proactive approach

to your work, with a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement; You are detail-oriented with

problem-solving skills

and a process-driven mindset. Business-level fluency in German and English Excellent Excel skills
