Your key responsibilities include:

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms

with first class service

Set up and present orders

according to our standards

Support the mise-en-place preparation

for room service

Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests

Assist with special requests

and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues

Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping

to ensure smooth operations

Be able.

Ideally, you’ve gained first experience in service or room service – career changers are welcome You’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset You speak German or English – additional languages are a plus You’re eager to grow and become part of an international hotel team
