Commis de Bar (m/f/d)

for our The Lounge and our Curtain Club.

This is what your day will look like:

Warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to all guests Providing service-oriented support to guests in our The Lounge Taking all orders and providing excellent advice to guests Taking into account and implementing all guest requests and preferences Preparing and serving our aperitifs and cocktails Daily celebration of the unique Defining Moment and Afternoon Tea Interacting and communicating with guests and building long-term relationships through personal, individual, and first-class service Preparing the daily mise-en-place Ensuring smooth service Implementing all The Ritz-Carlton standards Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines

What we expect from you:

Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry Relevant professional experience as a bartender or tea sommelier, ideally in upscale catering In-depth technical know-how in the preparation of aperitifs and tea Good German and very good English skills, both spoken and written Confident and professional demeanor and quick comprehension Very good hosting skills with a consistently positive attitude Enjoyment of daily guest contact and passion for the hotel industry Team player, multi-tasking ability, and hands-on mentality Enjoyment of creating special moments
