Coatings Development Engineer – Dry-Film Lubricants (f/m/d)

Responsibilities




Development

: Design and further develop modern water- and solvent-borne products in the field of lubricating coatings (dry-film lubricants).

Testing

: Plan, conduct, and evaluate lab and application tests, including documentation.

Customer focus

: Translate customer-specific requirements in close alignment with Sales and Production.

Raw materials

: Assess and qualify alternative raw materials from ecological and economic perspectives.

Scale-up

: Support plant trials and zero series through to initial production.

Qualifications




Experience

: Several years in adhesive/coatings development. (Entry-level candidates or recent graduates from relevant training are also welcome.)

Work style

: Structured, independent, and reliable approach with a strong quality focus.

Personality

: Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility; confident cross-functional collaboration.

Results focus:

Solution-oriented, hands-on, and effective across functions.

IT skills:

Good command of MS Office; comfortable with documentation/reporting.

Languages
