YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You define and develop surface treatment processes

for our high-performance products.

You optimize the adhesive bonds

between the liner (metal) and overwrap (CFRP).

You revise and standardize surface cleaning and pretreatment processes

throughout the company.

You lead the further development of surface pretreatment methods

(e.g., physical and chemical) as well as surface preservation processes (e.g., priming).

You document, analyze, and optimize process parameters

to ensure consistently high quality.

You work closely with quality and manufacturing teams

to analyze deviations and implement sustainable solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Education & background:

You’ve completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials engineering, or comparable qualification.

Completed degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Science, or a comparable qualification.

Strong knowledge of adhesives and surface chemistry.

Experience with surface treatments

(e.g., blasting, plasma, chemical degreasing).

Familiar with metal-to-CFRP bonding

and its specific challenges.

Analytical, structured work style with a strong focus on quality.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

: You can confidently interact in both German and English – written and spoken.
