Club Lounge Agent – Service Host (m/f/d)

and become part of our F&B team in the exclusive Club Lounge.


Your key responsibilities include:

Assistance to our guests in the Club Lounge

during breakfast, snacks and evening service

Preparation and presentation of food and beverages

according to brand standards

Ensuring cleanliness, order

and a welcoming ambience in the lounge

Personal guest service

with a focus on individual wishes and

VIP support

Close cooperation with kitchen, stewarding and Club Lounge Guest Experience team Support of the Guest Experience Team if necessary, e.g. in the event of sick or holiday replacements

Be able.

Initial experience in the field of service or gastronomy, ideally in the hotel industry Enjoyment of guest contact and high-quality service Team spirit, reliability and an eye for detail Good knowledge of German and English Willingness to work flexible hours (early/late shifts, weekends)
