We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join our Client Care Operations department and support the team with maintaining master data and supply planning activities for spare parts.


This is a fulltime internship position for a duration of 6 months, requiring presence in our office in Cologne.

Job responsibilities

Support with the maintenance of material master data for spare parts in case of replacements, discontinued materials and launches Support with daily replenishment orders globally for stores, workshops and local hubs Support with weekly and monthly tasks such as backorder management, franchise ordering, etc. Coordinate BOM modifications and other supporting activities in our Repair Management System (RMS)

Profile

Close to graduation of your studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or similar fields First working experience in Supply chain & Logistics, master data management is a plus First experience in working with Microsoft tools, especially Excel Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player Open minded (work with different nationalities and departments) Synthetic and well-structured mindset Fluent in English, German is a plus
