Since 2013, our vision has been to shape the market with accessibility, first-class service and security. Our international lounges in Cologne, Zug and Hong Kong offer international presence. \n

As part of our international team of around 80 people, you will work in our shop-in-shop concept in the Trisor location in Hamburg and represent CHRONEXT in the region. \n
Our mission is to create transparency, trust and joy for all watch lovers! \n

Become a part of CHRONEXT from January/2024 in full-time, initially limited for one year, and work within the Trisor location in Hamburg for our team! \n

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/F/D) \n

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES \n

\n
  • \n
  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination and realisation of personal customer appointments for the delivery of luxury watches and represent CHRONEXT in the Trisor location.\n
  • You will answer customer enquiries throughout the sales and advisory process and handle multi-channel communication with our customers via phone, email, chat, Whatsapp and Instagram.\n
  • You are responsible for the competent sale of the CHRONEXT portfolio and ensure smooth operational and administrative processes (e.g. organisation of ordering and contact persons on site)\n
  • You work closely with CHRONEXT\'s operational interface teams and maintain a proactive exchange with these teams.\n
YOUR PROFILE - IT\'S WHAT MAKES YOU TICK THAT COUNTS \n

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail or a university degree and have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales.\n
  • You are communicative and passionate about supporting customers in their buying decisions in a confident, professional and charming manner.\n
  • You work independently and describe yourself as a real team player, you can always be relied on and are happy to help out.\n
  • Ideally, you have already worked with a CRM system such as FreshDesk or similar.\n
  • You are fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus.\n
  • You are enthusiastic about luxury watches and the associated customer advice\n
