We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with Aware's founding team on high-impact projects and partnerships that drive our next stage of growth. This role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination - ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience and strong analytical and operational instincts.



You'll help push key initiatives forward across commercial partnerships, product launches, team operations, and business development. Think of it as a force-multiplier role: you'll make sure the most important projects get done - fast, smart, and with the right people at the table.

What You'll Do

Strategic Projects & Partnerships

Drive execution of Aware's most important growth initiatives (e.g. new partnerships, product launches, market expansions) Lead coordination and follow-through across internal and external stakeholders Spot roadblocks early, solve problems independently, and keep momentum high Run due diligence, research, and negotiation support for commercial opportunities

Cross-Functional Ops

Own the operational rhythm across selected company priorities Track progress, define action plans, and make sure decisions turn into execution Connect the dots across teams (growth, product, content, operations)

Business Analysis

Bring clarity to complex topics through data, structure, and logic Support modeling, forecasting, or KPI analysis when needed Help prioritize what matters - and say no to what doesn't

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startup, VC, consulting, bizdev, ops, or product) Sharp analytical thinking - you're confident in Excel/Sheets, and you get to the core of an issue fast Strong communication skills in German and English (C1) - written and verbal Proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable working with ambiguity Deep interest in health, diagnostics, performance, or consumer tech Bonus: experience in managing partners, launching new initiatives, or working across departments
