This internship offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to executive-level operations in a dynamic, fast-scaling tech company. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEOs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact strategic and operational projects. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Your challenge

#

Fundraising Support

Support on executing the strategy for the next fundraising round Prepare materials for fundraise (e.g. decks, data room, investor outreach) Assist with investor meetings and follow-ups Support due diligence processes and market intelligence gathering

Strategic Operations

Assist in preparation and coordination of: Board Meetings, investor Jour Fixes, OKR Process, All-Hands Meetings Track and follow up on key action items post-meetings
#

Business Development & Growth Initiatives

Support business development initiatives Preparation of external presentations and materials Conduct market and competitor analysis
#

Process Improvement & Special Projects

Continuously identify areas to optimize internal workflows and processes Take ownership of initiatives with measurable impact Provide analytical and organizational support for ad hoc high-priority & -impact projects

Your profile

Highly structured thinker with excellent written & verbal communication Strong project management and prioritization skills Analytical mindset, ownership mentality and a “get-stuff-done” attitude Proficiency in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft 365 Fluent in English, German is a plus Studies or experience in Business, Economics, Consulting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
