We are looking for a

Chief Commercial Officer (m/f/d)

to lead our transformative journey to be commercially future-fit. The position is to be filled immediately with 39h/week.

Your key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building and leading our commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability You will develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and goals while focusing on maintaining the core business, developing new products and identifying growth opportunities You will manage our entire product portfolio, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the market You will engage with global brands, retailers, and specifiers to promote the certification standard, ensuring continued support and relevance You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders You will drive the cultural and operational shift within the organization, advocating for innovative practices and leveraging new technologies

What we are looking for:

A post-graduate degree in the field of agriculture with a focus on business and marketing Min. 7 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within certification, agriculture, or a related sector Success in driving growth and innovation in a complex and constantly evolving environment Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of business fundamentals A deep understanding of market and value-chain dynamics, particularly in the agricultural and assurance sectors Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical skills The ability to travel internationally on a regular basis Proficiency in English (C1 level), any other languages are beneficial
