Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

Your role and key responsibilities

Steering of technical changes within technical development Representation of development in all necessary committees releated to change management (e.g., preparation of change documents, presentation and initiation of changes, alignment of timeline for change implementation) Change package planning Reporting and escalatation of topics related to change management

What you bring to the team

Degree in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of change management Experience of several years in the battery cell, automotive or chemical industry Experience in project management and release processes beneficial Strong ability of self-organization and good communication skills Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
