Certificate Specialist
Your new job includes
As part of the Certificates team, you will be responsible for all topics related to certificates byensuring a smooth certification process for Russia and the EAEU countries. You are the contact person for our customers, our international suppliers as well as for the certificate service providers comparing the current assortment with the existing certificates and request new certificates if required managing and maintaining Russian certificates for various product groups in the SAP system preparing the complete order documents for certification and their translation (ISO, quality, analysis certificates, labels) keeping track of the latest legislative changes and deadlines and ensuring that the numerous certificates are always up to date
What you should bring along
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable experience in trade / export in an international environment Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally SAP knowledge Business fluent in Russian as well as very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Reliability, assertiveness and pleasure in dealing with internal and external contacts Strong communication skills, quick comprehension as well as a performance-oriented and structured way of thinking
