team develops limited capsule collections in close collaboration with celebrities, influencers, and creatives. Each collection captures the individual style of our partners while reflecting current cultural and fashion trends. Our creative team in Berlin leads the entire process from development to launch. Made up of experienced designers, apparel technicians, and buyers, the team closely monitors emerging trends and identifies potential bestsellers early on.


As a

Buying Assistant (m/f/d)

Exclusive Collections (Private Label), you'll be instrumental in supporting our buyers with product development and collection planning for our womenswear and menswear lines, often collaborating with renowned fashion influencers.

Responsibilities:

Support the Buying and Design team with daily administrative and operational tasks Assist in confirming order quantities, sales prices, and assortment planning Help analyze product line performance to identify optimization opportunities Collaborate with the design team on seasonal pricing adjustments to meet our profitability goals Participate in the sourcing and development of products Assist with customer and competitive analysis Manage purchase orders, maintain line sheets, and track product samples to ensure deadlines are met Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:

Degree in Textiles, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Initial experience supporting buying teams, ideally in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment Strong Excel skills and confidence in analyzing sales and stock data Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks Passion for fashion and e-commerce, with a keen eye for trends, materials, and silhouettes Solid understanding of customer behavior and market trends Proactive, hands-on mindset and a solution-oriented approach Team player with a passion for combining creativity and commercial thinking
