Business Process Expert (m/f/d) Finance

As a Business Process Expert (m/f/d), you ensure that the FI (Financial Accounting) implementation in cross-functional projects is accurate and efficient. You design global, integrated finance processes and continuously optimize them to save costs and resources.
In particular, you willtake on (partial) project management responsibilities in cross-departmental initiatives and define technical requirements together with the business units and IT integrate new or modified finance processes into the organization act as an interface between IT and Finance, advising the entire department on process-related questions and further developments provide professional leadership to Finance Key Users and act as a sparring partner for the Head of Operative Accounting in project and process matters plan, report, and monitor project budgets, and independently coordinate process changes within the SAP environment contribute your strong integrative process expertise, as all processes in the business units have an impact on Finance (e.g., postings, tax/account determination, invoice templates)
What you should bring along

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Business Informatics Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with project management experience Excellent SAP knowledge (FI, MM, SD) and a strong affinity for system-supported processes Solid accounting and commercial law expertise Fluent in German and English (business proficiency) Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability are among your key strengths
