Your new job includes
As Business a Business Controller (m/f/d) Sales Performance you act as a sparring partner for the Sales division and ensure transparent management as well as the continuous improvement of operational performance at our global locations.
In particular, you willtake on the role of a business partner for our operational units analyze the performance of international locations and derive actionable recommendations conduct benchmarks and best-practice analyses and support initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs initiate projects to further develop data-driven management optimize reporting and controlling tools and roll them out to relevant stakeholders
What you should bring along
A degree in business administration and relevant controlling experience, ideally in an international retail or consumer goods company Experience in building and further developing controlling processes, as well as the ability to independently drive change Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP CO and BI Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and strong communication skills with a business partner mindset
