In your role as Business Consultant (m/f/d), you will be the central contact for our international marketing teams and support the implementation and further development of digital marketing processes You will define and harmonize marketing processes across all national subsidiaries, ensuring consistent implementation of our strategies Your responsibilities include professional consulting during the implementation of marketing platforms – especially in the areas of lead and loyalty management Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will design innovative solutions that sustainably enhance our marketing effectiveness You will develop training formats and documentation to transfer knowledge effectively and optimally support users With your market knowledge and sense for trends, you will bring fresh impulses to our digital marketing initiatives

What makes us successful together

Qualification:

You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field of study

Experience:

You have up to three years of professional experience in digital marketing processes – ideally in B2B loyalty programs or B2C lead management

Know-how and skills:

You possess a deep understanding of IT implementation projects – from frontend solutions (web, apps) to backend systems (Salesforce, SAP)

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting or within international corporate structures is a plus

Personality:

You impress with analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey complex topics clearly

Language skills:

You communicate confidently in English – additional language skills are welcome
