Brand Specialist – Design & Production (m/f/x)
to join our family. As part of the wider Brand Development team, your heart beats for brand experience. You feel the excitement of bringing a brand to life. You are the driving force behind the efficient execution of brand-related projects and the consistent implementation of the
WorldHotels™ brand identity
. In addition, you will support the team in delivering
brand and design projects across the wider BWH Hotels portfolio
, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution at every step.
You enjoy creating new materials, rolling out projects, and juggling a variety of tasks such as organizing, market research, designing and producing corporate assets, and reviewing marketing and sales deliverables.

The main functions of the position are
Design and update marketing and sales materials (presentations, flyers, guides, digital assets).
Ensure all deliverables follow our brand guidelines and speak to our target audience.
Manage incoming brand requests and support cross-department projects.
Source branded merchandise items and coordinate shipments with our warehouse.
Conduct research on brand and design trends and assist with team administration.
Support brand identity implementation projects for
WorldHotels™
as well as brand initiatives across the wider BWH Hotels portfolio.
We need your
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); PowerPoint skills are also important.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.
Detail orientation, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple requests.
Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to grow in a global hospitality brand.
Experience in hospitality or branding is an advantage.
