You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. As we are growing rapidly, we are now looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berlin!



What you’ll be doing



As a Marketing Specialist, your main role is to work together with the local marketing team in Germany, making sure that we reach customers and keep them engaged. You’ll work with creating content for a wide variety of communication channels in German and English. In addition to that, you’ll participate in planning and organizing marketing initiatives and supporting the team in all marketing-related activities.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns to grow Wolt’s brand presence in numerous cities across Germany — managing monthly campaigns across online and offline platforms, including video, OOH, radio, paid social, flyers, and more.

Own campaign production end-to-end — from briefing to final asset delivery — ensuring all materials meet quality standards and align with Wolt’s brand values.

Align stakeholders across the business and external partners to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns that resonate with local audiences and drive tangible impact.

Take full ownership of special projects, including direct mailings, flyers, PR activations, and other tactical communications, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch.

Collaborate with the local marketing team on broader strategy development and support with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc marketing needs.

Improve internal and external processes by helping document and optimize workflows for creative briefing, production, and delivery — contributing to more efficient campaign execution, including the usage of AI.

Support post-campaign reporting and analysis, working with campaign managers and agencies to ensure learnings are captured and applied.

Our humble expectations

You have gained relevant experience in marketing (preferably in offline/ online campaign management), media, brand, or advertising (plus but not mandatory)

You have native writing and verbal skills in German and high skills in English.

You enjoy ownership and can really own a project, work independently, prioritize, and ask for guidance when needed

You are a doer who can both come up with creative ideas and execute/follow up on them.

You enjoy bringing order to chaos and are good at that, and you love thinking about new ways of working, leveraging AI

You are enthusiastic and known for being a person who brings good energy to the team.

You’re very hands-on, involved, and eager to learn and develop your skills in marketing.

You thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.

You are not afraid of Excel/Google Sheets, AI, and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Advantage: Looker or other analytics tools

Preferably, you have acquired at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a similar field
