Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Member of alliance Brand Team, responsible for: strategic planning of market- and brand development, shaping product strategy, and implementing brand tactics.
  • Optimize customer experience & engagement mix to include both F2F and remote/ digital channels; create, implement and continuously refine an omnichannel customer experience.
  • Close and trustful collaboration with cross-functional alliance team, global brand team, vendors, external stakeholders and thought leaders.
  • Development of unique content based on advanced customer segmentation, ensure cross-functional alignment and timely approval of assets in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective role out of omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Generate insights from external market data / intelligence with strong external focus and incorporate findings into strategy, implementation and daily work.
  • Keep up to date with competitive data in field and utilizes information to provide competitive advantages for our brand(s).
  • Responsible for brand performance tracking & results within the disease area.
  • Manage and track promotional budget.
Skills/Knowledge Required:

Qualifications/Experience
  • University degree or equivalent required
  • Successful experience with omnichannel marketing, marketing automation or remote customer engagement in HealthCare required
  • Experience in the field of Cardiovascular is an advantage
  • Able to translate strong analytical skills into a targeted strategy

Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
