In the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, you will act as the central contact person for all important stakeholders (especially in the Controlling area) at national and international level on group-wide topics relating to digital and data-based corporate planning and steering. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational design as well as the targeted orientation of the end-to-end process Plan-to-Steer considering innovative methods and the latest (BI) technologies (focus: BI system and platform solutions, reporting & dashboards, data models & KPIs, advanced analytics, self-service). You will overcome barriers by combining your business expertise and technical know-how to drive the implementation and integration of Business Intelligence solutions in the end-to-end process Plan-to-Steer You will be responsible for the requirements & integration management. In doing so, you will also define standards and guidelines and ensure that they are implemented and adhered to You will be an active part of the group-wide Business Intelligence Transformation program and support rollouts within our organization, ensuring seamless business and technical integration. You will train key users and document processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy within the team.

Qualification

: You have a complete master’s degree in business economics or business informatics.

Experience & skills:

You have several years of professional experience in project management in a management position, preferably in an industrial group or in a consulting environment and have expertise in stakeholder management and requirements & integration management. You have very good knowledge of setting up and managing business processes and feel comfortable in the field of business intelligence

Personality

: Thanks to your excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the business, you will be able to move confidently in an international environment. An agile mindset, exceptional commitment, excellent analytical thinking skills and a goal-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile.

Laguage skills:

We require a very good knowledge of English and German.
