Bi Engineer & Analyst (all Genders)

Home Office, DE, Germany

Job Description

Your creative field

We are looking for a full-time, permanent BI Engineer & Analyst (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations (Cologne & Munich).

Data is only powerful if it becomes insight. As our new

BI Engineer & Analyst

, you’ll make sure that’s exactly what happens. You’ll join a BI team that already has strong foundations in place – modern tools, first projects successfully rolled out – and now it’s time to take things to the next level.

Your role is all about scaling and sharpening: integrating more data sources, building robust pipelines, and delivering even better insights that drive the company’s most important decisions. You’ll own the full journey from raw data to actionable dashboards – designing, engineering, and automating the flows, but also interpreting the results and helping stakeholders make smarter choices.

In practice, this means working closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll design and maintain data models, optimize ETL processes, and ensure data quality across multiple systems. At the same time, you’ll create intuitive dashboards and reports that turn numbers into clear business impact. Automation and continuous improvement will be part of your DNA – because we want BI to scale with our growth.

Here, BI isn’t an afterthought – it’s central to how we scale globally and make key strategic decisions.

If you’re someone who loves building data infrastructure but also enjoys connecting the dots and telling the story behind the numbers, this role is the perfect mix.
