As Business Analyst (all genders) you relentlessly drive our business forward by analyzing and powerfully visualizing data, providing deep actionable insights, as well as giving business advice. Based on profound analysis skills, as well as domain knowledge on presenting and modeling data, you provide clean data, in a way that empowers end users to make optimal business decisions. With a special focus on the Commercial and Web Analytics topics, you will ensure the delivery of actions and initiatives, backed by data, working closely with all members and key stakeholders of the organization, to improve the commercial performance of Eurowings Holidays GmbH.

What you'll do

Translate commercial and web data into actionable insights Proactively develop, refine, and manage KPIs for a variety of projects and products Be a strong and trusted partner of our business teams (including the commercial leadership team, and commercial business units). Dive deep into all transactional and web tracked data of Eurowings Holidays and create holistic reporting to help stakeholders make the right decisions Enable the business side to revolutionize their strategies and empower them with fast high-quality decisions With your strong technical skills, you will be the key counter-part of our data engineering team, translating Business & Analysts' needs into data engineering requirements Share your knowledge on tools, data and insights with your team and business partners in personal interactions or trainings

What you'll need

A minimum of 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar Experience in Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools Familiarity with SQL and/or DAX and already worked with data modeling Business fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages a plus
