The position of

Supply Management Director

is a key role in our mission to optimise supply volume and develop the supply management process in the EMEA market. Your efforts will directly impact our commercial performance, as you design and implement optimised supply policies and lead cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, commercial, legal, regulatory and IT teams.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Strategy & Policy Design

Develop and implement a comprehensive EU supply strategy Identify low-performance countries, products and distribution channels through data-driven analysis Define and enforce real-data-based supply allocation policies by country and distributor Design a governance framework for optimal supply and escalation procedures

Data Driven Management

Map and evaluate internal and external data sources Develop real-volume estimation models to detect over/under-supply or diversion risks Trace abnormal distribution patterns Build and maintain a KPI dashboard to monitor product journey and supply performance

Stakeholder Management

Lead a cross-functional collaboration including supply chain, commercial, regulatory, legal and IT stakeholders Coordinate with country managers and external distribution partners across the EU Prepare regular executive reports and communicate strategy outcomes to senior leadership

Reqiurements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry, and a deep understanding of EU pharmaceutical markets and the mechanism Proven experience in supply chain strategy, commercial policy design or distribution management Strong cross-functional project management skills Good communication skills in English Proficient in MS Office applications A service minded team player; accurate and well-structured way of working
