Your responsibilities

In this senior leadership position, you will report directly to the CEO of the Business Unit Forged Tech and, together with your team, take responsibility for central strategic and transformative initiatives within the Business Unit Forged Tech:

Strategy Development and Transformation:

Lead and further develop the long-term corporate strategy in close collaboration with the Executive Team of the Business Unit and the Group’s top management. Derive and pursue strategic measures. Work closely with Sales and Research & Innovation on transforming the product portfolio

Performance Improvement:

Manage and monitor cross-functional and cross-plant initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, optimizing costs and processes, and developing the organization

Digitalization:

Develop and implement digitalization projects to optimize business processes and unlock new business potential

Sustainability & ESG:

Coordinate and integrate sustainability activities into the corporate strategy and operational processes

Communications:

Coordinate and take responsibility for internal and external communication of the Business Unit

Your profile

Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on business or engineering. Several years of professional experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a comparable role within an industrial company Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with a high level of initiative and execution strength Proven track record in managing complex projects and programs, preferably in an international context Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
