Your mission

Reporting to the CFO, you structure and raise equity and debt financing to enable the scale-up of our production and business operation Co-develop and enhance financial models that form the backbone of financing efforts and management decisions Prepare and maintain investor materials including pitch decks, models, valuation analysis, and data room content Evaluation of strategic projects, partnerships and M&A opportunities and preparation of sound and concise content for negotiations Prepare investor and board reporting and support investor relations and requests

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, Master and CFA are a plus At least 3 years of experience in supporting fundraising in a growth company, investment banking or venture capital Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Proactive, taking ownership of your tasks and feeling comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment at a high pace Fluent in English and ideally German Passion for sustainable energy and disruptive innovation
