Your tasks
Design, implement, and maintain robust backend processes and services for our Customer Experience platform
Analyze different transactional data sources in our GCP BigQuery environment, which are relevant for NPS processes
Utilize infrastructure tools such as Terraform
Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes
Work with Google Cloud products including BigQuery, Cloud Scheduler, Workflow, Cloud Run, PubSub and Cloud Storage to enhance and optimize cloud-based applications
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and code base while working with the methods of agile software development such as Scrum
Your profile
Several years of professional experience as a software or data engineer with expertise in GCP and SQL
Strong understanding of data structures
Proficient experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform
Strong understanding of GitOps practices and experience using GitHub Actions for CI/CD
Experience in working with cloud services, preferably with GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Scheduler, Workflow, Cloud Run, PubSub and Cloud Storage
Familiarity with managing and integrating APIs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies in the field
