Your role

As an associate you will be highly involved in all aspects of a deal making process. From sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio companies, you will play a key role in shaping our investment strategy and execution.


Your key responsibilities include:


Leading deal execution from initial contact to closing Conducting market research and financial analysis Preparing investment proposals and pitch presentations Building and maintaining relationships with networkpartners (e.g. corporate finance advisors, PE investors) Supporting portfolio companies with strategic andoperation initiatives Preparing quarterly reports for our investors Guiding and collaborating with interns an analysts Engaging with entrepreneurs and management teams

What you bring

A completed master’s degree in finance, economics, businessor a related field 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in strategy consulting,corporate finance or private equity) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financialmodelling Affinitywith the software & IT sector or would like to learn about thesector A proactive mindset: you enjoy creating structure whereneeded and thrive in dynamic environments Experience or interest in mentoring junior team members The ability to connect with entrepreneurs and understandtheir ambitions Fluency in German and English
