To manage resources, generate growth in line with business goals through the delivery of an excellent customer experiencePrevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Manage people by executing management responsibilities, and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
