Associate Global Quality Documentation (f/m/d)

Location: Wesenberg

Workplace type: On-Site

Capacity: Full time (40 hours)


In our Quality Documentation team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the standards that define excellence.

You’ll be responsible for developing quality benchmarks for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. With your expertise and creativity, you’ll design innovative testing methods, sampling procedures, and quality measures that ensure our high standards are consistently met – and even exceeded.

What you will do:

Helping shape and improve our international quality systems and processes Supporting training initiatives and maintaining global documentation standards and materials Contributing to global documentation projects as a key team member Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for internal and external customers Creating master labels and preparing product specifications, nutritional and allergen information, and safety data sheets Managing customer questionnaires and special requirements with precision and care Identifying and steering food safety-related deviations Communicating with suppliers and coordinating the collection of relevant documentation Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team

What you will bring:

Degree or demonstrated experience in Quality, Operations or Regulatory areas Experience in project work Extensive experience in developing training materials and delivering trainings Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and first experience with SalesForce or Intelex or SAP or TraceGains
