! Wir sind ein ambitioniertes, professionelles Team von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden in einem dynamischen Wachstumskontext und suchen jemanden, der mit Drive und Organisationstalent die Vertriebsleitung und unser Key-Account-Team im LEH unterstützt.


Als

Assistent/-in der Vertriebsleitung LEH – Marken Ovomaltine & Twinings (m/w/d)

übernimmst du Verantwortung für Organisation, Datensteuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten in Deutschland. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, Fachabteilungen sowie Kunden zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte, Prozesse und Entscheidungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

und

Associated British Foods (ABF)

erhältst du zudem Einblicke in eine internationale FMCG-Welt und kannst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsorganisation mitarbeiten.

Was du tun wirst

Reporting & Analyse:

Entwicklung impactstarker Reports, Forecasts & Marktanalysen als Basis für Management-Entscheidungen

Budget- & KPI-Management:

Verantwortung für Budgettracker, Absatz- und KPI-Monitoring – transparent, präzise und vorausschauend

Business Partnering Vertrieb:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key-Accounts & Category Management zur Ableitung von Potenzialen und Handlungsempfehlungen

Sales Steering & Prozesse:

Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und Tools – du erkennst Engpässe und schaffst effiziente Lösungen

Projektmanagement & Admin:

Steuerung von Vertriebs- und Kundenprojekten inkl. Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Meetings

Was du mitbringst

Ausbildung:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb

Erfahrung:

1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem FMCG-Unternehmen, bei einem Distributor, einer Vertriebsagentur oder im Handel.

Mindset:

Du erkennst Potenziale, hinterfragst Prozesse und unterstützt den Vertrieb mit Ideen, Struktur und Energie. Umsatz, Wachstum und Kundenerfolg sind für dich echte Motivatoren.

Arbeitsweise:

Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und überzeugst durch dein positives Auftreten

Digitale Kompetenz:

Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sowie Interesse an CRM-Systemen und Reporting-Tools.
