Your role



As Assistant (m/f/d) to the SVP Global Innovation Fragrance, you will play a key role in supporting both strategic and operational activities across the global innovation organization, including Fragrances, Oral Care, and Aroma Molecules. You will ensure smooth administrative processes and contribute to the success of innovation initiatives.

This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global Headquarters in Holzminden, Germany.


You support the SVP and the Holzminden Innovation Management teams with administrative tasks. You manage travel arrangements and itineraries as well as the organization and coordination of internal and external events. You plan, structure, prioritize, schedule, and follow up on meetings and tasks. You handle headcount reporting and time tracking coordination and prepare reports and budget-related data. You assist in preparing presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders. You independently manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, meeting minutes, contracts, and calendar management. You draft and prepare correspondence as requested. You support PMO activities. You handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.


About you



You bring solid business management knowledge (e.g. budgeting, cost accounting, controlling). You have a basic understanding of customers, products, and competitors (e.g. customer segmentation, service levels). You possess specialized knowledge in relevant work areas (e.g. certificates, contracts, reporting, KPIs). You are proficient in IT tools, including Symrise systems and databases (e.g. SAP, EIS, time management systems, MS Office). You communicate fluently in Business English, both spoken and written. You are familiar with company processes and organizational structures, and know how to navigate cross-functional teams.
