Become a part of our MAN Financial Services (MFS) team by joining us as soon as possible. In this role, you will primarily support the Head of MFS, while also providing assistance to the entire MFS Management Team as needed.



/ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

/ Provide administrative support, including document preparation, editing, and correspondence

/ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation

/ Organize team and company events

/ Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion

/ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow

YOUR SKILLS

/ Completed vocational training and proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or financial services environment

/ Strong organizational skills, independent working style, and effective time management

/ High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential matters

/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/ Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

/ Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset
