YOUR PROFILE:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage
Previous experience in a crewing agency or similar field is a plus
Independent and highly accurate working style
Flexible, eager to learn and a collaborative team player
YOUR TASK:
Publish and manage job vacancies
Screen applicant pools to identify suitable candidates
Match candidates to open positions
Update and maintain database entries
Collect and verify all required seafarer documentation
Coordinate travel logistics and visa arrangements
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties to support the team
